Sunself is built on a core belief: Your-self matters.

Made by order women’s apparel that offers a customizable experience to be involved in the product development to personalize your garments that is just right for you, something more personal and experiential through our digital designer platform, sun-self.com.

Do I need to have an account on sun-self.com in order to make a purchase?
Yes, It will give you more convenient shopping experience to complete your order.

Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We use secure servers on our site to make sure all the information on your account are kept private.

How can I send you feedback?
You can email us at [email protected], we always love to hear feedback from you.
We will serve you from Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.30 WIB (+7GMT).

 

PRODUCT

How long does and order take?
Delivery time is 10-14 business days from the payment confirmation date. Order placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day (Monday to Friday exclude public holiday).

How are sunself products made?
All our garments are tailor-made from scratch. After receiving your order, we start to note all your personalized detail. We make sure all steps from cutting fabric to finishing are well-executed, before delivering your personalized garments.

What can I personalize?
Choose from a wide range of detail options, colors, fabrics and styles.

Does sunself offer clothing by custom sizes?
Currently we do not offer custom sizes,our sizes are available from XS to XL, but we will be working on it soon.

Can I modify my order?
Modification can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact [email protected] to process the changes.

How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact [email protected] to process the cancellation.

Which countries does sunself ship to?
We are currently only available in Indonesia.

What payment options does sun-self.com offer?
We only accept BCA Bank transfer.

How to confirm my payment?
Please go to “Payment Confirmation” page and you can fill in your payment details.

 

REFUND POLICY

Do you have a refund policy?
Our products are personalized just for you, we are sorry that we do not have refund policy. Please make sure that you are comfortable with styles and size before you complete your order.

However, we are sorry if you happen to get a manufacturing fault from our product. You have 7 days from the day you received your sunself order. Please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to exchange the product.
